Just when you thought the tension between singer Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster had worn off, more bitter accusations are made. This time, Tameka claims that Usher is just using the tragic death of her son Kile to post-pone their next court date in their never-ending custody battle. She states that the thirty-three year old singer is not at all affected by the tragic death, but is just using it to gain public sympathy. Usher’s team filed to delay the court hearing, citing that he and Tameka were both in the process of grieving and needed time. However, Tameka’s lawyers suggest that Usher fears the death of Kile will give Tameka an unfair advantage because no jury would remove custody from a grieving mother. Tameka and her team claim that Usher did not care about her son’s death and had only visited him in the hospital one time. She even accuses the singer of refusing to tweet a prayer request while the child was still alive. In response to Usher’s request to the court, she disagrees with needing a delay to grieve, for the ruling on the custody battle would bring her closure. We sympathize with Tameka Foster. Do you feel that Usher is being genuine?
