10 Best Skin Care Products and Where to Buy Them

If you’re like me, you make sure to keep up with the best skincare brands and products in order to keep your skin clear and healthy. I’m no expert by any means, but I’ve learned a lot about skincare over the past couple of years just by doing some research on social media and listening to reviews from other users. So here are 10 of my favorite brands that I can’t live without!

Youth to the People

This brand is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and great for your skin! I especially like the SuperFood Antioxidant Cleanser. This brand is a little more pricey than other brands but very effective. You can find Youth to the People products at Sephora, Amazon, Nordstrom, Kohls, or the Youth to the People website.

Cerave

This brand is in my current skin routine, and I can honestly say that it has helped clear my skin up so much! I am using the Renewing SA Cleanser, and it has helped my face feel smoother, softer, and more hydrated than any other cleanser I’ve used in a very long time. This brand is definitely more affordable and can be found at Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, Target, Ulta, or the official CeraVe website.

The Ordinary

This brand is wonderful and has many great face peels and serums to choose from. I especially like the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Exfoliating Peeling Solution and the Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum. This brand is the most affordable in this list so far, with some products being under $10. You can find it at Ulta, Sephora, and The Ordinary official website.

First Aid Beauty

This brand is a little more on the pricey side but is definitely effective in helping clear up acne or make your skin feel smoother and healthier overall! I like their Weightless Mineral SPF 30 Sunscreen because it’s tinted and mattifying. This brand is also easy to find since it is in stores like Ulta, Amazon, Macy’s, and the First Aid Beauty website.

Cetaphil

I am also using this brand’s moisturizer as of right now, and I have seen a big improvement in the dryness of my face. It is very moisturizing and lasts for months since it comes in such a big container. If you have dry or combination skin, this is definitely the moisturizer for you. It is very affordable and can be found in Walmart, Ulta, Sally Beauty, or on Amazon.

Aveeno

This brand is known for being very gentle on your skin without stripping too many needed nutrients away. The Nourishing Oat Cleanser is a favorite for many since it gently reduces redness and helps remove excess makeup or sunscreen. This is a very affordable skincare brand, and it can be found at Amazon or Walgreens.

La Roche-Posey

This brand is another drugstore brand, but it’s a little pricier than some of the other drugstore brands mentioned above. The Hydrating Gentle Cleanser is a fan favorite since it helps dry and combination skin stay hydrated and clean. You can find this brand on Amazon, the La Roche- Posey website, Ulta, or Target.

Aquaphor

We have yet another affordable drugstore brand for the win! This brand is great for people who have trouble moisturizing dry skin since the formula specifically helps restore dry or irritated skin. This brand has its own lip products and baby products as well. You can find it on Amazon, at Ulta, or at Walgreens.

E.L.F.

This brand is another really affordable and effective drugstore brand, with most of its products being sold on Amazon, Ulta, Walmart, and Target. It is very easily accessible since so many different drugstores and online stores sell it. I recommend the Happy Hydration Cream since I have personally used it in the past and noticed a lot more hydration being retained in my skin after using it a few times.

The Inkey List

Lastly, the Inkey List is an affordable brand that has a lot to offer. Unlike any of the other skincare brands mentioned, this one also makes hair care products that you can use on your scalp and hair. It’s a lot like The Ordinary since it sells individual serums with only one or two ingredients. This brand can be found in Sephora, Kohl’s, and on the Inkey List official website.
