Actor Keanu Reeves is collaborating with author China Miéville on his upcoming novel “The Book of Elsewhere”. The John Wick actor announced the release of his book Wednesday on the Good Morning America show, and the book is scheduled to publish July. “The Book of Elsewhere” is a novel inspired by a previous work co-written by Reeves, a comic book series titled “BRZKR” released in 2021, with the help of comic book writer Matt Kindt and artist Ron Garney.
”Hi, greetings. I am very excited for the opportunity to announce that I partnered with one of my favorite authors China Miéville on the novel ‘The Book of Elsewhere’. The novel is inspired by the comic book series I created BRZKR and co-wrote with the writer Matt Kindt and artist Ron Garney, the series tells the story of an immortal warriors fight through the ages, and I love the world of BRZKR so much that I wanted to explore it further, and I thought one of the best ways to do that is through a novel! The Book of Elsewhere will publish in July 2024, if you read it I hope you love it, thank you,” he informed its viewers of his upcoming book In a recorded message sent by Reeves to Good Morning America.
The first volume of BRZKR was released November 2021, while the second and third volumes were released 2023, and October 2024 respectively. It was also subsequently announced that Netflix would develop a live-action film based on the comic book, as indicated by ABC News. We can’t wait for July Mr. Reeves!
