Anastasia

Anastasia is a Broadway musical written by Terrence McNally, Stephen Flaherty & Lynn Ahrens. The musical is based on the 1997 animated film, about a young woman named Anya who sets out to discover the mystery of her past. During this quest, she discovers who she was and discover who she is, all while learning that there is home, love and family outside of blood relations.

The musical premiered in Broadway on April 2017. It was nominated for many Drama Desk Awards, Drama League Awards, etc. Also, it won the outstanding projection design award in 2017. Anastasia will tour in the U.S, Germany, and Spain later in 2018. Want to know if Anastasia found what she was looking for? Go see for yourself!     The National Theatre’s 1998 production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s ‘Oklahoma!’ is heading to the silver screens. The Olivier Award-winning revival starred then-newcomer Hugh Jackman as Curly and was filmed following the record-breaking London run. The film will be screened in more than 800 cinemas for two days only – Sunday, July 16, and Wednesday, July 19. Screenings will be held in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Norway, and Australia.

Characters such as Hermione, Ron, and Harry will be a part of the show, along with Albus Potter and Scorpius Malfoy.
