Earlier last month Miley Cyrus released a music video for the song “Angels Like You” which features footage from the star’s Super Bowl TikTok tailgate show. The song is emotional and raw and the simplicity of the video along with the star’s powerful singing gives the viewer a strong sense of the pain being expressed and the feelings being described.

 The video shows the star playing on a stage in front of a giant crowd of people, a scene many have only dreamed about in this past year. The event was the largest of its kind since the beginning of the pandemic and the audience was made up entirely of fully vaccinated healthcare workers. The end of the video has a handwritten note from the star urging everyone to get vaccinated. “We all look forward to being together again + this can happen sooner than we may have thought with vaccines becoming more available,” it reads. “Each of us can help stop the pandemic by getting vaccinated. Together we can make the experience of live music a reality again.”
