Behind The Scenes, Taylor Swift’s New Tour “Eras”

Taylor Swift packed her bags and started loading the van as she started her tour in Glendale, Arizona last Friday, March 17th for her new album ‘Eras’. Covid took a hit to our beloved Taylor on her last albums, ‘Lover’, ‘Folklore’, and ‘Evermore’; due to the pandemic, she did not go on tour for these albums. So we are all overjoyed about Taylor going on tour for ‘Eras’. Five years felt like a lifetime.

Taylor’s dad Scott is her biggest fan, so she ensured he would have an all-access pass. With a shared photo on Taylor’s Instagram of her dad’s stage pass, our hearts get a warm and fuzzy feeling for the Swift family. The photo was of a light blue card that reads “D.O.H Pass” in gold lettering, and “Dad of Headliner” written below in Taylor’s handwriting.

With more help and love from her parents, sparkles soon covered the guitar for the era’s tour, and we saw more behind the scenes on her Instagram story. Another photo she shared read “Was my Eras Tour crystallized Fearless guitar made by: A) Artisans and finely trained craftsmen. B) A professional musical instrument manufacturer. C) My parents with super glue and a free afternoon.”

Swifties all over are going crazy trying to get tickets for this tour. Taylor always performs songs from every era of her career, even some of her older ones like “We Are Never Getting Back Together” and some from the album ‘Red’. Throwing it back to 2006, Taylor has even played songs from the beginning of her career, such as “You Belong With Me” and “Our Song” from her ‘Fearless’ album!

Swift’s “Eras” set will cover more than 40 songs!

Taylor Swift has been working hard on her art in and out of the studio. For her 33rd birthday, she shared a thank you post on Instagram to her followers, also known as “Swifties,” that she was spending her birthday with her close friend Jackantonoff and working in the studio. Taylor said in this post,

Thanks for all the beautiful wishes today!! I spent my 33rd birthday in the studio of course 😏

Wouldn’t have it any other way. Love you!”

The future looks bright for miss Taylor as she enters a new era and chapter of life. I cannot wait to hear more about her tour adventures!
