Caroline Marks, who was born in Boca Raton, Florida, is an American professional surfer who has broken the boundaries of surfing.

Not only was she the youngest female to compete in a World Surf League event, but she has multiple national champion titles. In 2015 she was the US Open Jr Champion and Volcom World VQS Champion. In 2016 she was also the US Open Jr. Champion and ISA Girls World Champion. These are just a few wins she has had in her surfing career.

In 2018, Marks was Rookie of the Year and on December 1^st, 2019, she qualified for the USA’s first surfing team to compete in the 2020 summer Olympics. All her accomplishments as a surfer are incredible considering she is only 19 years old.
