Chipotle Mexican Grill: Vegan and Vegetarian Addition

Chipotle Mexican Grill was founded in 1993. With an emphasis on food integrity, Chipotle makes it its mission to serve tasty and healthy food to each customer. At Chipotle, food is prepared from scratch with the addition of lemon and lime juice; which results in a scrumptious and flavorful meal. In 2015, Chipotle became one of the restaurants to serve food that was GMO free. Not only is Chipotle a good place for carnivores, but also herbivores. Chipotle offers a large variety of items for one to choose including vegan and vegetarian choices. Unlike many fast food restaurants, Chipotle offers a meat replacement topping called Sofritas, which is shredded tofu braised with chipotle chilies, roasted poblanos (mild chili peppers), and a blend of spices. Not only does do they offer Sofritas but they also offer a large range of vegetables, beans and rice for one to add to their meal. If you wish to have vegan and vegetarian fast food meals, Chipotle is definitely the place for you.
