William Sami Étienne Grigahcine, professionally known as DJ Snake, is a French record producer and DJ. In 2011, he worked as a producer for Lady Gaga’s Born This Way album, which earned him a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. He first achieved international success in 2013 with the hit song “Turn Down For What” with American rapper Lil Jon.

In 2015, he collaborated with Diplo, Major Lazer, and MØ with the song “Lean On.” The song received critical and commercial success. Spotify has named it one of the most streamed songs of all time on its platform, and it quickly became one of the best-selling singles of all time.

DJ Snake has since worked with major artists such as Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ozuna, Cardi B, and many more with songs like “Let Me Love You,” and “Taki Taki,” both songs have amassed billions of streams.
