Singer/songwriter Salomón Alejandro Villada Hoyos, better known as Feid, was born on August 19, 1992 in Medellin, Colombia. At 9 years old, he took Music Extension Courses offered by the prestigious Universidad de Antioquia in the city of Medellín, where he learned musical reading and how to play the clarinet. However, he leaned more towards singing and became part of the University’s children’s choir. When he went to college, he took singing classes and then decided to focus on making reggaeton music.

As multifaceted artist, Feid not only sings, but also produces, plays piano and guitar, and records/composes his music and that of other great artists in Reggaeton. In April of 2017 he won an ASCAP Latin music award for his participation as a co-writer in J Balvin’s “Ginza.” He has worked with many artists including Karol G, Dalex, Reykon, Sech, Nicky Jam, Mauluma and J. Balvin. As of today, Feid has released 5 studio albums of his own.
