Hello chicken parmesan! If you haven’t cooked it yet you will now, the history behind chicken parm. It’s original dish originated about 400 years ago in bologna Italy. It was called Veal Bolognese. Chicken Parmigiana) is a fairly simple dish to make and is very juicy and tasteful down to the last bite, dipped in a mixture of beaten eggs, breaded, shallow-fried and topped with a marinara sauce (red Sicilian tomato sauce) and mozzarella. It is then usually baked until the cheese is bubbly and brown. The veal dish is known in Italian as Cotolette alla Bolognese.
