This Sunday Terrell Owens was released by the Seattle Seahawks, due to the league-mandated roster reductions from 90 to 75 players. Owens posted a message on his twitter account shortly before 11 a.m. that he had been released. Owens also tweeted “I thank the organization 4 the opportunity, I’m truly blessed beyond belief. My faith is intact & will not waiver.” Terrell’s return only lasted less than three weeks, it is very said that Owens got cut but maybe he will be one of the lucky one’s and get picked up by another team. Hopefully his talent does not get wasted this year, Owens has always been a good receiver and I don’t think it will be to long before we see him back on the field.
Being known for his former career in Major League Baseball, pitcher Roger Clemens apparently has another secret talent. In a New England Sports Network broadcast over last night’s Red Sox Game, he works the music room at the Clemens household, and goes by a very specific DJ name.
