The stress of losing boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith this summer has taken a visible toll on “Glee” star Lea Michele, who showed off a startling weight loss in a cut-out Calvin Klein Collection dress. Michele walked the red carpet of Elle’s 20th Annual Women in Hollywood event in the dress, which left little to the imagination. The white frock, which featured subtle stripes of color, showed some underboob, as well as a hint of Michele’s seriously-toned abs. She finished off the outfit with a nude clutch and strappy white shoes, plus a slicked-back hairdo that only accentuated the actress’ thin face and more noticeable cheekbones.
