Jada Pickett Smith and Hair Loss

In the latest episode of her Facebook chat show, Red Table Talk, Jada Pickett Smith opened up about her battle with hair loss. She has been wearing a headscarf recently, and she addressed questions about it in her show. She first suspected something was wrong when she kept losing hair in the shower and proceeded to cut her hair in fear of going bald. She admitted that the topic was difficult to discuss, as she adored her hair and taking care of it was a “beautiful ritual” for her. Whenever she stresses about her hair loss, she remembers those diagnosed with cancer. Even though she misses her hair, she feels like a queen whenever she wears a headscarf. Good luck to Jada while she embarks on this scary journey of hair loss.
