On September 8th, Jennifer Aniston announced on her Instagram account the release of her new beauty brand, LolaVie. In the caption, Aniston wrote the products are “made to help your hair feel healthy and look effortless.” The name itself is based on Aniston’s nickname, “Lola”, that her closest friends call her, as well as the French word, Vie, meaning “life”.

All of the products will be paraben-free, silicone-free, sulfate-free, phthalates-free, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and vegan with minimalist recyclable packaging. For now, the line will only be featured in the United States with plans to expand globally coming soon. Aniston herself is already a stand-out figure in the beauty world. She has partnered with beauty brands before (Living Proof) and has been a spokeswoman for Aveeno Skin Care since 2013.The LolaVie brand will eventually include face and body lotions, shower gel, candles, as well as more hair care products.
