Mugot is a French photographer, who grew up in the suburbs of Paris. Her passions for drawing, cinema and graphic design eventually led her to discover how well this translated into photography. She describes that her work’s “ethereal and saturated landscapes diverge from the everyday, constructing an entirely different reality”.

Many of her photographs are dark, yet deeply colorful at the same time. Many were taken at night on the streets of Tokyo, in Venus’s Garden, as well as people and fashion. A truly versatile and unique artist, she takes inspiration from artists of all mediums including American architect Philip-Lorca DiCorcia.
