New York Senator wants an Apology from Lil Wayne

Lil Wanye may be considered one of the great artist of this generation, but it is very rude of him to say, “I don’t like New York”, after he was arrested for weapons charge that put him in Prison (Rikers Island to be specific) for eight months in a recent interview. But Senator Smith has encouraged the rapper to give New York another chance instead of continuously making disparaging remarks which may affect the appeal of tourist that want to visit or maybe moved to New York.
But since Lil Wayne made that kind of remark, Senator Smith respond to his response by saying, “Very simple, if you don’t like New York, you don’t have to come to New York, you don’t have to sell your products here and, perhaps, we won’t come to your concerts … I’ve taken strong exception to the words, ‘I don’t like New York.’ I love this city. I was born and raised in this city …” But New Yorkers are forgiving people and we’re prepared to forgive Lil Wayne once he make a sincere apology.
