NYC Becomes Fear City

The temperatures are approaching freezing.  With that some of the problems we have been combating in the streets have moved to the underground.   Read the commentary below, the Mayor has done nothing and the transit police are almost nowhere to be found.  As a result our Guardian Angels patrols are focusing on the problem that has turned us into Fear City.
