When the Olympics come around, what’s on viewers’ minds? Who’ll represent the U.S.? Probably.
Beauty products? Probably not.
Olympic athletes think about these products for multiple reasons: making sure they don’t burn if they compete outdoors, or looking nice throughout their performance.
Here are the products some Olympians use!
Simone Biles
Revealing that her lips are allergic “to almost every single product”, Biles is limited to three brands: Laneige, Charlotte Tilbury, and NYX. Her favorite is the Laneige Lip Glowy Balm.
The gymnast’s makeup artist, Alayza Casey, Cosmopolitan says, explained that Biles loves the product’s lightweight formula.
The product costs $19 at Sephora and Amazon and $3 at Walmart.
Suni Lee
Making sure your hair stays in place while performing is not easy, something gymnasts like Suni know all too well. The product she uses for perfect hair? Got2B Ultra Glued Invincible Styling Gel.
In an interview with Good Housekeeping, Suni said the gel is her “biggest tip for a slick back hairstyle that stays throughout competition…it’s so affordable.”
Affordable indeed, the product costs $15 on Amazon.
Sha’carri Richardson
On her way to the Paris Olympics, the track star shared her self-care routine with Cosmopolitan. During the interview, she said she uses Olay Cleansing Melts + Hyaluronic Face Cleanser to get a deep cleanse.
The reason Sha’carri likes this product? It doesn’t dry out her skin and it’s easy to travel with.
The melts and cleanser sell for $20 on Amazon.
Natalia Grossman
This climbing star has the right idea regarding skincare: simplicity. An Olay Partner, she favors their vitamin C moisturizer.
As she told StyleCaster, her morning routine, is impressively easy: “Take a cold shower…use the Olay vitamin C moisturizer…do my hair”.
Grossman’s favorite product is available for $24 on Amazon, $11 at Walmart, and $44 at Ulta Beauty, Good Housekeeping says.
Sara Hughes
Competing in the sun, this volleyball player knows how to protect her skin. Her go-to? Bliss Block Star Invisible Daily Sunscreen.
Cosmopolitan lists the reasons Hughes loves this product: it’s soft and has a blend of antioxidants including blueberry, acai, and green tea extracts. Sound like the perfect combination
The product is $17 on Amazon, $16 at Walmart, and $22 at Ulta Beauty.
Do you recognize or use any of these products? Think you might try them out? They all seem to be a relatively good bargain, if you want to, go for it.
