Singer and songwriter Sophie Allison, better known as Soccer Mommy, started her musical career in high school. While she attended the Nashville School of Arts, Allison began uploading her EPs under names like “songs from my bedroom” and “recently sad.” Her indie rock sound mixed with the vulnerable subject matter has established her as an indie staple artist. Her songs gained recognition from coveted indie labels.

In 2018, Allison released an album titled “Clean,” produced by Gabe Wax. “Clean” was a huge success and was featured in many publications such as Billboard, Rolling Stone, NME, and Pitchfork. Additionally, she toured with the support of both Vampire Weekend and Paramore. In 2020, Allison made her Billboard Top 200 debut and released a second album titled “color theory” with the help of Gabe Was once again.
