Subtl Beauty has won the award for Best Product Packaging Design at the NEXT AWARDS 2023. The award show’s Best Product Packaging Design category looks for beauty brands with the most “unique concept and execution tied to packaging design” and considers elements such as componentry, material selection, and decoration. Global beauty news source BeautyMatter announced the winners live in Los Angeles on October 26.
Subtl is known for its simplistic and authentic take on beauty products, most notably from its well-known stackable makeup solutions that are easily customizable. Subtl Beauty’s makeup stacks are produced to be vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and fragrance-free.
Redesigned makeup stacks were launched in July by Subtl that boasted “a refillable design, utilizing only mono-material and innovative bezel technology, extending the packaging’s lifecycle.” The brand also launched other new products including skin conditioning with ingredients like Bayberry Fruit Wax and Vitamin E, sheer and forgivable applications, and pigment load adjustments for buildable results.
