Eye Health: What To Do If You’re Staring at a Screen All Day

Sitting at your desk for many hours a day can have a lot of negative consequences on your overall health. This can be counteracted with short stretching breaks every one or two hours, maintaining a balanced diet, and doing a good workout session before or after your working hours; however, most of these measures don’t target eye health specifically. If you spend many of your waking hours sitting, it’s highly probable that you do it while staring at a screen.
