After being misidentified by police at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in 2020, an Arizona man spent 17 days in jail. Now he is suing American Airlines, claiming their negligence caused him to be accused of something he did not do. Michael Lowe is a professional outdoorsman who happened to be on the same flight as a man who was caught on camera shoplifting from a duty-free shop at the Dallas airport. According to his 26-page lawsuit, American Airlines departed from the proper procedure by identifying only Lowe to the airport police.

From break-ins to subway pushes, New Yorkers find it impossible to find peace in their city without worrying every single step they take to work and home. A subway rider said, “I don’t feel safe anymore. I really don’t feel safe. I would rather take the bus for two hours, versus taking the train for 45 minutes.”
