After Tom Brady decided to come out of retirement for the 2022 NFL season because he “still belonged to the field”, he and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bunchen became separated. Some argue that his unfettered dedication to his career is justified, others argue that this is about protecting his ego and sense of identity. For those of us who have never watched football and have therefore formed zero positive or negative biases towards the guy one this is clear: Tom Brady better get really comfortable on that field because in a few months it’ll be the only thing he belongs to.
