In a recent interview with Apple Music’s radio show New Music Daily, rapper Jack Harlow explained that giving back to the community, particularly the city he grew up, is a large part of his overall plans. Despite starting to play music at age 12, Harlow recently rose to fame very quickly after his single “Whats Poppin” reached number 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100 in 2020. The following year he and Lil Nas X released a collaboration “Industry Baby” which reached number 1 on the US Billboard 200. He explained to host Zane Lowe his plans for his future in the music industry.
