In the past six years, the players in the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team complained about getting less pay than the men’s soccer team. It is the 21st Century and yet the United States is still conducting unequal gender pay in sports teams. Their bosses have settled an agreement that the team would share $24 million to pay the players. The president of U.S. soccer said that this is not an easy task, but they are glad they are able to move forward to fight for equality in sports for equal pay.
