If you are anything like me, you hate working out. I’ve tried running, weights, the stair-master, cycling, and more. It’s just not…fun. And why would I want to do something that isn’t fun? Either way, I would suck it up and go to the gym, even though I hated it. The thing is, because I hated it, my motivation to workout and go to the gym was at a solid 0%.
