In order to celebrate her record-breaking re-recording of her hit album, Red (Taylor’s Version), Taylor Swift officially teams up with Starbucks for a special drink that fans all over the country can order at their local Starbucks store.
Their collaboration has been speculated by Swift’s fans when both of them posted clues on social media about each other before the official announcement. Swift posted a Tik Tok video where she was sipping on a Starbucks coffee, not only did Starbucks comment on the video, on November 8th, they also tweeted “It’s Red Season,” a nod to Swift’s album title.
Fans can now order Swift’s favorite drink, the Grande Caramel Nonfat Latte, by asking baristas for “Taylor’s Latte” or “Taylor’s Version” either in person or through their app. Starbucks is also giving away a Taylor inspired e-gift card available on its website and app.
“Starbucks may have celebrated its 50th anniversary this year but stores are feeling ~22~ again,” the coffee company said in a press release. Swift has always been great at her marketing campaign, and she is the latest pop star to collaborate with big food chain companies.
Megan Thee Stallion recently announced her collaboration with Popeyes, BTS and Saweetie have both collaborated with McDonalds, and Lil Nas X was named the chief impact officer for Taco Bell.
