Tell-All Book Coming from Tiger Woods’ Mistress

Tiger Woods had an incredible career and seemingly perfect life alongside his wife and their two children until a scandal in 2009 rocked both his career and reputation. Now, according to the New York Post his former mistress, Rachel Uchitel is working on a tell-all book about her life and reputation with Woods.

Uchitel first spoke out about the affair in the 2021 HBO documentary Tiger, and she is reportedly working with famous agent David Vigliano on this book. Vigliano has worked with incredibly famous names such as Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Mike Tyson, Britney Spears, Prince and more.

Neither Uchitel or Vigliano have commented on the book, however it will reportedly include several other aspects of her life. Following the 9/11 attacks, Uchitel was seen on the cover of both the Toronto Sun and New York Post sobbing after the loss of her fiancé. The book will include details about this, her father’s struggle with addiction and overdose when she was a child, as well as her own addiction issues.

Uchitel was a night club manager and met Tiger Woods at a former club in New York city. At the time she was the director of VIP services and has expressed in interviews that it was her job to greet important visitors like Woods and ensure they were having a good time. She and Woods met several times before an affair began between them. Uchitel was one of dozens of allegations from women of sexual affairs with Woods.

In 2010 Uchitel signed a non-disclosure agreement, receiving $10 million for her silence concerning the affair. However, she was forced to return the money after discussing her relationship with Woods when she appeared on the show Celebrity Rehab. In 2021 Uchitel made headlines once again after filing for bankruptcy, citing unemployment and incredible debt.

Movies based on books that are worth watching

Many movies have been made that are based on books. There aren’t many good book-to-film adaptations.
That’s not a criticism of Hollywood; it can be difficult to condense the plot and character development of a novel into a few hours of fun. Because of this, the best book-to-film adaptations frequently resemble a companion piece rather than an accurate telling of a bestseller. Some adapt stories in new ways or include brand-new scenes to appeal to a contemporary audience, like the 2019 Little Women movie. Others profit from Hollywood’s glitz and glamour. For instance, the soundtrack to the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before movie on Netflix enhances the romance in the movie.

    Why Memoirs Matter

I am not someone who is normally excited by the thought of sitting down and reading a book, but that statement always seems to change when I am handed a memoir. This is because memoirs are more than just- stories- they’re true stories. Those who read memoirs, will walk away with an expanded knowledge of what it means to be a human.

Franny Choi’s Latest Poetry Finds Hope For the Future

Poet Franny Choi believes that marginalized people have already experienced the apocalypse. In her latest poetry collection, she explores what it’s like to live in this never-ending dystopia. The title of the new collection is The World Keeps Ending, and The World Goes On, and it feels pretty spot on for what is happening currently in our society. These poems uniquely feature past, present, and future world-endings. Choi writes directly and indirectly about how the world has already ended, the apocalypse has already happened, and survival is happening too.
