That’s His Perogative

Bobby Brown may be back for a brand New Edition? What? The R & B group, New Edition, reached the height of its popularity the year I was born, 1983. And now, 28 years later, there are talks of the guys getting back together for a… what else?… None other than… Ding! Ding! Ding! A Reality show! The former group was made up of Ronnie DeVoe, Ralph Tresvant, Bobby Brown, Michael Bivins, and Ricky Bell. The word on the street is that they have a conference call every Sunday and are working on patching up their relationships with one another. Bobby believes they should make it a point to pray together in order to maintain it. He said, “I think the thing that was missing with us was prayer – us being able to pray together and understand our differences.” Nice, I fully support, and we all know he’s seen his fair share of ups and downs. Bravo’s “Being Bobby Brown” had record breaking ratings in 2005. I don’t doubt people are still interested 6 years later, I mean I am. In late 2009 Bobby was in negotiations with Kevin Federline about producing a reality show together. The ex husbands of singers Whitney Houston and Britney Spears bonded while on the set of “Celebrity Fit Club”. It’s probably a good thing that show didn’t come to fruition, but we’ll see if the New Edition reunion does. Good luck BB!
