This is the perfect lunch meal if you are looking for something quick and healthy to make. Once you buy all the simple ingredients at the grocery store such as spinach, cherry tomatoes, feta, any other veggies you would like to add, and any choice of dressing, you just mix them all together and you’ve got yourself a salad!

Here you have the perfect meal for dinner. All you need to do is buy some beef and broccoli, and stick it in the instant pot. If you want to add some more flavor to it, buy any choice sauce you want and mix it in!

    The United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said last week that it found more than 100 pounds of unreported cheese in the backseat of a New Mexico woman’s car.
