The 66th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards is LIVE tonight, Monday 8/25/14 beginning at 8PM EST. Who do you think will come out on top? The categories are packed this year with amazing nominees. From Breaking Bad to Scandal and Game of Thrones for Outstanding Drama Series to Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory and Veep for Outstanding Comedy, it’s really hard to tell who will take home the title. Actress Kerry Washington is up for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series and to win this award would be the cherry on top of her amazing year. Washington, who plays Olivia Pope on Scandal, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Isabelle with husband Nnamdi Asomugha. This is Washington’s first child and despite her body changing rapidly, she continued filming throughout her pregnancy. Talk about the magic of camera angles! “I was going through this amazing physical transition, this physical journey of having a baby that my character was not going through. It was tough for me to even maintain Olivia’s walk because of the changes,” said Washington. Needless to say, we were fooled as Olivia Pope did not seem to miss a step so props to Washington!
