Victor Manuel Ruiz Valezquez, otherwise known as Victor Manuelle, is a Latin artist. He is a Grammy nominated American salsa singer. He was born September 27, 1970, in New York and was raised in Isabela, Puerto Rico. Manuelle has recorded 10 Billboard 200 albums and rose to prominence in the mid-’90s. His third album was his most infamous album and made his name in the salsa industry.
