You Can Become The First Simpsons Series Analyst

The time has come. You can finally get paid to watch The Simpsons and help predict the future.

A casino website based from the United Kingdom is looking to hire someone to watch every episode of The Simpsons and take notes of key events to help predict the future. The chosen person would become Platin Casino’s first, official Simpson’s Series Analyst and would get paid around $7,000 and a weekly box of doughnuts for the job.

“It’s a well-known phenomenon that The Simpsons has predicted major life events, and in our industry we too like to predict what the future has in store for us,” reads the job application at the casino’s website. “Ahead of the new year, we thought we’d put The Simpsons to the test and see if, after analysing every single episode, it can help us predict the future.”

The website notes events that The Simpsons predicted in the past, such as Donald Trump’s presidency, the 2013 horse meat scandal, the coronavirus pandemic and the recent fuel shortage across Britain.

The Simpsons Series Analyst will have to dedicate 35.5 hours of work each week to watch and analyze all episodes from the 33 seasons and the spinoff movie. All the material adds up to 284 hours.

Applicants from all over the world are welcome, as long as they are over the age of 18, fluent in English, and have access to a TV or laptop.

This is your chance to live Homer’s fantasy lifestyle of spending the day watching TV and munching on doughnuts AND getting paid for it. Do not waste it.
