Jowell & Randy are an influential Puerto Rican reggaeton music duo. The duo first met at a reunion party in the early stages of their respective music careers. Both were inspired by other music duos including Baby Rasta & Gringo, Héctor & Tito, Wisin & Yandel, and more.

Jowell & Randy released their debut album after signing a a three-year contract with the Diamond Music record label. Their reach broadened after one of their singles played on the Audio Activa 102.3 radio in western Puerto Rico, and featured in Boy Wonder’s album Chosen Few.

The duo than switched to White Lion Records and released the single Agresivo, which became their first entry on a Billboard list. Additionally, the single awarded them the People’s Choice Reggaeton and Urban Awards for Best Collaboration of the Year and Best Song of the Year.

Their success rocketed from there, collaborating with artist like Zion, Hector El Father, Julio Voltio and more. Releasing four studio albums, Jowel & Randy are now considered on of the best Reggaeton duos in the industry.
