At 20 years old, Morissette released the album “Jagged Little Pill,” which she considered her ‘real’ debut, and signed with Madonna’s record label Maverick.
While music was her main focus, Morissette still acted occasionally. In 1993, she made her movie debut with her role in the comedy “Anything for Love.” In 1999, she later portrayed God in “Kevin Smith’s Dogma.”
