Anxiety is a single by popular American rapper and singer Doechii. It was initially released on Doechii’s YouTube channel in 2019 and went viral years later in 2025 on TikTok. Following an outpouring of support from her fans, Doechii officially released it in April 2025. 

The song sampled the 2011 one-hit wonder Somebody That I Used to Know by Gotye and featured Doechii adlibbing much of the song, over lyrics describing the effect that Anxiety has on a person.

Anxiety’s music video,  directed by James Mackel, was released a short time later. The music video featured Doechii and her twin sisters amidst chaotic visuals that echo the song’s tone.
