Bad Bunny Allegedly Teases New Album In Christmas Day Post

Popular Puerto Rican music artist Bad Bunny surprised his fans with a lineup of 17 new tracks for Christmas.

The artist shared the news on his Twitter/X account on Christmas Day. The announcement comes after the release of his hit single “El CLúB” earlier this month.

According to Billboard, while the official names have yet to be revealed, the group of songs is collectively titled Bomba, which translates to “explosive hit songs.”

While nothing has been confirmed, considering the Puerto Rican singer has been known to release major music updates during the holiday season, fans have speculated that this is a hint of a new album.

If this news turns out to be accurate, this will be Bad Bunny’s sixth studio album following Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana, which was released in October last year. By June 2024, the album had reached No. 2 on Billboard’s Latin Albums chart and No. 33 on the Billboard 200.

According to Forbes, the album’s vinyl edition also debuted at No. 7 on the Bestselling Vinyl list in the United States. Bad Bunny’s latest single, “El CLúB,” continues to do phenomenally well. Upon release, the song debuted at No. 66 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 39 on the Billboard Global 200.

Additionally, the song’s music video garnered over 12 million views within just two weeks of its release.

Fans of the popular singer will likely get an update on his future projects in the coming months. For more information and to stay updated, follow Bad Bunny on his social media accounts.
