Benson James Boone is a popular American singer-songwriter. Born in Monroe, Washington, Boone began his music career by posting singing videos on his TikTok. Eventually, he would audition for the 19th season of American Idol but he would group out of the competition after winning a spot on the competition’s Top 24 to focus on his career.

Shortly after, Boone would showcase his original song on his TikTok, which would lead him to being signed to Night Street Records in October 2021 and release his first single Ghost Town. The single proved to be a success, charting on the Billboard Hot 100 and charts in 14 other countries.

Boone released “Room for 2”, his second single a year later on February 18, 2022. Bone’s first studio album, Fireworks & Rollerblades, was released in April 2024 and his second album is set to be released in June 2025.

Boone has collaborated with many popular artists, including Taylor Swift, Paramore, and Queen guitarist Brian May. He has over 8 million followers on TikTok and nearly 6 million on Instagram.
