Charlotte Emma Bow Tilbury is a British beauty entrepreneur and makeup artist. Born in Kensington, west London, Tillbury grew an interest in makeup at a young age, developing the skill where she would help friends with their makeup and even give out tips. Tillbury went to further her skills at the Glauca Rossi School of Makeup.

Tilbury would begin her makeup career assisting Mary Greenwell and at the same time upload on her YouTube channel, where she shared makeup advice, tutorials, and tips.

Tilbury saw her work be showcased on a number of global editorials, including Vogue, LOVE magazine, Vanity Fair, V magazine. She has worked with many celebrities includung Kim Kardashian, Gisele Bündchen, Kate Moss, and more. Additionally, Tillbury often works for Fashion Week events in New York, Milan, Paris, and London, as show makeup director for multiple beauty brands.

Tillbury has garnered numerous awards for her work and the work of her brand, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd, including the Walpole award for Emerging Luxury British Brand,  Best Health & Beauty eCommerce Website of the Year, Vogue Best Influencer Brand, IMAGE Most Innovative Beauty Brand, and more.
