Danny Tenagila is an Italian American DJ and Producer. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Tenagila gain an interest in music after collecting vinyl records at a young age. As his interest in vinyl records grew, Tenagila later discovered the Paradise Garage nightclub and DJ Larry Levan’s style, that he would later emulate.

Tenaglia began his DJ career after leaving New York to Miami in 1985, where he DJed at Cheers nightclub, playing New York and Chicago House. He returned to New York five years later where he began releasing remixes leading up to his 1995 debut album The title of his 1995 debut artist album with Tribal Records.

In 1998, his LP named Tourism, where the track “Elements” landed on the #1 on the Billboard Dance Chart for two weeks. A second track named “Music is the answer” featuring Celeda made it to the top 40 charts in the UK. Two years later Tenaglia released the instalment titled London, which he took on tours across the world including Ibiza.

In 2003, he released a mixed compilation CD titled Choice: A Collection Of Classics, a tribute to the artists that inspired him.

Tenaglia continues to DJ in New York and around the world using new and old music from his career to wow eager listeners kn the dance floor.
