Did He Steal Beyoncé’s Music?

Suspect Kelvin Evans, charged with entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft and criminal trespass, pleaded not guilty.  Reportedly appearing in Atlanta court on Jan. 7, 2026, at 11 am, Atlanta News First streamed and documented the proceeding live as the suspect pleaded not guilty on all charges.  Evans is set to return to court for a case management hearing on Feb 11. 2026.   

Accused of stealing the personal belongings and property of international superstar Beyoncé, Evans is suspected of the theft of a hard drive with Beyoncé’s unreleased music.  Additionally, suspected of stealing other belongs such as show plans, AirPods, and a MacBook Pro, the man has currently been released from Fulton County Jail back in October with a bond of 20,000 dollars.     

The event reportedly took place in 2025 of July during one of Beyoncé’s stops in Atlanta during her famous Cowboy Carter tour and Rodeo Chiltin’ Circuit Tour, as reported by USA Today.  According to Beyoncé’s choreographer and one of her background dancers, several of her sensitive and important items were stolen from her rental car two days before starting her first show.  

As this is a currently developing story, little information is made available to the public to cover this story.  As this story develops, we will be sure to update this story with the details of the case and the outcome of the hearing set to occur on Feb. 11, 2026.
