A British house and techno club DJ, radio DJ, and record producer, Carl Cox was born on July 29, 1962. He has his headquarters in Hove, Sussex, England.

Cox has received many honors and has been nominated for many more. He has given performances at many clubs and electronic music or dance festivals all over the world. From 2001 to 2016, he presided over a summertime residency at the Space Ibiza nightclub known as “Music is Revolution.” At numerous festivals, including Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival, and The BPM Festival, he has featured his own “Carl Cox & Friends” stage. Additionally, Cox has performed each month as a DJ for BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix.

He is the head of Intec Digital, a record company that was first established as Intec Records in about 1998. Global, Cox’s own radio program and podcast, ran from February 2016 to February 2017.
