Ephrem Louis Lopez Sr, aka  DJ Enuff, is an influential American DJ and radio personality. Born in Harlem and raised in Brooklyn, Lopez began his career filling in for DJ Red Alert on 98.7 KISS FM. His work was successful enough that he became a permanent substitute on 98.7 KISS and even got a permanent spot of his own twice a week.

Lopez rose in popularity across the local club scenes and eventually got his big break when he was noticed by the late Notorious BIG, who recruited Lopez as his road DJ. Lopez toured with BIG for the remainder of the rappers life.

Lopez went on to join the hip-hop radio station Hot 97 in 1998, where he became a fixture for 27 years. During that time, Lopez was a A&R staffer for Def Jam Recordings for three years and even founded the Heavy Hitter DJs collective in 2001.

Outside of BIG, Lopez worked with a number of his peers and other artists. Additionally, thanks to his lengthy career he has mentored and helped break numerous artists into the industry including 50 Cent, Kanye West, and Future, and more.
