Flo is a rising British girl group. Formed in London in 2019, the group consists of the three members Jorja Douglas, Stella Quaresma, and Renée Downer. The group eventually debuted two years later under Island Records. The single, Cardboard Box went viral on social media and caught the eye of multiple popular artists, including SZA and Victoria Monét.

The group followed up with their debut extended play, The Lead, in 2022, and their second EP, 3 of Us, in 2023. Both EPs were met positively by fans but didn’t do as well as their debut single.

That said, eventually their popularity led to their debut 2024 album Access All Areas, in which they collaborated with American rapper GloRilla for the single In My Bag. The album peaked at number three on the UK Albums Chart and reached the 163rd spot on the Billboard 200.

Flo has been nominated for awards at the Brit Awards, Global Awards, MTV VMAs, NAACP Image Awards, BET Awards, Soul Train Awards, and more. Additionally, FLo was named on the 2023 NME 100 annual list of Essential Emerging Artists, Rolling Stone’s 25 artists of the future, and Europe’s Forbes 30 under 30 list for 2024.
