Jessie Murph is an American singer and songwriter. Born in Clarksville, Tennessee, Murph first gained popularity through uploading vlogs and song covers on her TikTok and YouTube accounts.

Her career officially began after signing on with Columbia Records and releasing her debut “Upgrade” in 2021. Her second and third singles, Always Been You, and Pray did marginally better, becoming her first sings to chart in the UK a year later.

As the years progressed, Murphy’s popularity accelerated, helped by collaborations with other artists including Diplo and Polo G, Maren Morris, Lil Baby, Gucci Mane, Teddy Swims, and Sexy Red, and more.

By 2025, Murphy had released her second studio album, Sex Hysteria.
