Every sport has a player that people automatically picture when the topic is discussed, regardless of what they think of them. Tom Brady is the face of football. Lebron James is the face of basketball. In the case of wrestling, the one person that you think of is John Cena.
Of course, it’s important to note that WWE and other wrestling networks like it are completely scripted, with the matches having predetermined outcomes to foster a narrative.
