A new morning show for the New York Stock Exchange was announced on Tuesday. According to the press release, “NYSE TV Live” is a new weekday morning program broadcasting live from the NYSE trading floor.
The hour-long program focuses on news coverage of global markets and the economy. Additionally, the show will include interviews with influential visitors to the exchange, including industry experts, business and political leaders, and more. New York Stock Exchange Global Head of Listings Chris Taylor shared his excitement about the new program in a statement.
“NYSE TV Live leverages the NYSE and ICE’s unique position as the center of the world’s financial markets to provide viewers with a front-row seat to the news that impacts their lives in numerous ways,” said Taylor. “From our opening bell to the action in our markets to the newsmakers who regularly visit the exchange, it all happens here at the NYSE, and you can see it now on NYSE TV Live.”
The morning program premiered live this Tuesday morning on multiple platforms and is hosted by influential broadcast journalist and CNBC veteran Kristen Scholer. In the first episode, Scholer was joined by NYSE TV anchor Trinity Chavez. Scholer interviewed several guests, including Adam Lake, Head of Engagement at Climate Group, who reflected on his time hosting this year’s Climate Week. Chavez also interviewed Legacy Education CEO and founder LeeAnn Rohmann, who shared her exciting experience opening the NYSE secondary markets and briefly discussed Legacy Education’s mission.
Those interested in the new New York Stock Exchange show can watch it every weekday from 9 AM to 10 AM ET. “NYSE TV Live” airs live on Cheddar TV and the official NYSE TV website and app. Viewers can also access the program on Apple, Android, YouTube, Apple TV, Roku, and Fire TV.
