Vogue is closing out 2024 with a bang—and a list of the 24 best-dressed celebrities. Saoirse Ronan, whom the magazine described as “whip-smart” with her fashion flare, tops the year’s two dozen most fashionable icons. Thanks to her stylist, Danielle Goldman, Ronan rocked several floor-length Louis Vuitton evening gowns. Her signature style of 2024 was silhouetted looks, often bedazzled or embellished in sequins.
Also topping out the list was Ayo Edebiri, who stunned on several red carpets with a wide variety of looks. From feminine floral print dresses to vests and baggy trousers, Edebiri can rock any look.
One of the most fashionable gentlemen of the year was Paul Mescal. Keeping busy with the hit movie Gladiator II, Mescal was just as bold on the red carpet as in the Colosseum. Experimenting with brown and grey suits, Mescal appeared to have a more casual look and demeanor, opting out of a tie and leaving his collared shirts unbuttoned at the top. Also rounding out the list were Daniel Craig and Lewis Hamilton.
Once again, one of the best-dressed couples of the year was Rihana and A$AP Rocky. The Fashion Killa couple often sported coordinating styles without falling trap to matching. Some of their best looks of the year were straight off-the-run streetwear and vintage Commes de Garcons.
Fashion experimentation paid off, according to Vogue, which also acknowledged Zendaya and Coleman Domingo for their flashy Met Gala looks. The former wore a full suit of armor, while the latter donned an oversized white blazer and subtle makeup.
Vogue also praised Jennifer Lawrence’s jaw-dropping maternity looks at red-carpet events this year. Thanks to her stylist, Jamie Mizrahi, Lawrence showed off her growing bump in gorgeous gowns from Dior and Christina Lacroix.
Vogue’s best-dressed celebrity of 2024 was none other than Chloe Sevigny. The Monsters and the Swans star highlighted her natural beauty by choosing pieces picked out by her stylist, Haley Wollen, from Renaissance Renaissance, Phoebe Philo, and Saint Laurent.
