You Have Been Served

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, a total of six Minnesota government officials have been served with grand jury subpoenas this week.  Occurring on Tuesday, 20. Jan. 2026, six government officials of Minnesota have formally been served grand jury subpoenas concerning the federal immigration of ICE officials.   

According to Fox News, the names of Attorney General Keith Ellison’s office, Governor Tim Walz’s office, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey’s office, and St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her’s office have been confirmed as being served by the U.S. Department of Justice.  In addition to this news, it is reported that subpoenas were also issued to officials in Ramsey and Hennepin counties as well in this developing story.  

Suspected of being involved with contempt and disrupting the federal enforcement of ICE officials, an investigation is underway to decide if the following parties are guilty of contempt with the federal enforcement.  Conducted under the FBI, we understand that incriminating pieces of evidence such as documents, records, and communications are currently being investigated, according to Fox News.  While this is a developing story, we will inform the public about updates and decisions reached concerning the investigation as this story develops. 

Taking to the social media platform to voice his comments and opinion on the following matter. In a recent post, he stated, “The president promised retribution, and consistent with that promise, we received a subpoena today from the US Attorney’s Office.  I am unfazed by these tactics, and I stand firm in my commitment to protect our residents, neighbors, and community.”
